Maisvch RMA Policy

At Maisvch, we are committed to providing reliable maintenance and repair services for all our products, whether they are within or beyond the warranty period. Below is our RMA policy for handling repairs or replacements.

Verify Warranty Eligibility and Service Charges

When you submit a product for maintenance or replacement, Maisvch will first verify its warranty status using the device’s serial number. This step ensures that the appropriate warranty coverage and service charges are applied.

In-Warranty Product Repairs

  • No Maintenance Fees: Products within the warranty period will be repaired free of charge.
  • Warranty on Repaired Parts: The warranty period for a product may vary depending on the parts that need to be repaired or replaced.
  • Out-of-Scope Costs: If your product is no longer under warranty or if the damage is not covered, Maisvch will charge a maintenance fee. You will also be responsible for the costs of shipping the product to the Maisvch Manufacturing Service Center and any additional expenses, including tariffs.
  • Return Shipping: Maisvch will cover the cost of shipping the repaired product back to you.

Out-of-Warranty Product Repairs

  • Maintenance Fees: For products not covered under warranty or for damages outside the warranty scope, Maisvch will charge maintenance fees based on the estimated cost of repair.
  • Cost Estimate: Upon receiving your product, Maisvch will provide an estimated repair cost. We will proceed with the repairs only after receiving your approval of the estimate.
  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to the Maisvch Manufacturing Service Center and for the return shipment after the repair, as well as any associated additional costs, including tariffs.
  • Repair Timeline: Once the Maisvch Manufacturing Service Center receives your product, it may take several days to diagnose the issue, complete the repairs, and return the product to you.
  • Maintenance Report: With every repaired product, Maisvch will include a detailed maintenance report explaining the issues found and the steps taken to resolve them.
