The MWE820A converter is a USB to RS485/422 interface converter that can realize bidirectional conversion of data between USB and serial port without the need for an external power supply. This product supports operating systems such as Linux v2.4, Windows 98/2000/XP/2003/7 and Mac OS8/9, provides supporting drivers. It can expand the USB interface to RS485/422 serial port, and adopts a unique serial port protection circuit with anti-static, anti-lightning and surge suppression functions. Built-in intelligent module and automatically identifies the direction of RS485 data flow, automatically forwards with zero delay, and adapts to 0~12Mbps baud rate. Industrial-grade design, with good high and low temperature resistance, it can operate stably in -40℃~+85℃ temperature environment. The hardware adopts fanless, low power consumption, and wide temperature design, which can be widely used in indoor and outdoor systems such as attendance, access control, PTZ control, food vending, and parking lot.
